Petty Theft Mammoth is a 5-point achievement earned by mounting each of the 4 Tame Magmammoth found across the Waking Shores and riding them to Mammoth-Tamer Tavok in the Emberflow.
Ride Mammoth at Smoldering Perch
Find the Tame Magmammoth in the water at the lavafall at 37.10, 44.53 in the Smoldering Perch area. Mount it and ride directly to Mammoth-Tamer Tavok at 39.75, 55.03 in the Emberflow before the timer expires.

Find the Tame Magmammoth behind the stone keep at 66.29, 24.56 near Scalecracker Keep. This is the farthest location from Mammoth-Tamer Tavok at 39.75, 55.03, so take the shortest path possible to reach Tavok before the timer runs out.
Tips
Each mammoth has a timer once mounted — if you do not reach Mammoth-Tamer Tavok in time, the mammoth disappears and you must return to that location to try again.
Scalecracker Keep at 66.29, 24.56 is the farthest mammoth from Tavok, so prioritize a direct route when riding from that location.
Water walking buffs do not apply to the mounted mammoth — it will sink underwater, which can cost you precious time on the timer.
