Defeat creatures empowered with elemental earth during a storm event in the Ohn'ahran Plains.
Sandstorms in the Ohn'ahran Plains requires you to defeat creatures empowered with elemental earth during a sandstorm event active in the Ohn'ahran Plains zone.
Check Active Storm Type
Open your map while in the Ohn'ahran Plains and look for the elemental storm icon indicating an active sandstorm. Storms rotate across the continent and multiple storms can be active at once, but each storm only lasts a few hours before dissipating.
Monitor Storm Availability
Check the Wowhead homepage under 'Today in Wow' and select Dragonflight to see which storm types are currently active in which zones, saving you from waiting in the wrong area.
Kill Elementally Imbued Enemies
Once a sandstorm is active in the Ohn'ahran Plains, kill enemies in that storm area that have the Elementally Imbued debuff applied to them. Sandstorms are notably rare compared to other storm types in this zone, so if one is not present, check back when the storm cycle refreshes, as two storms are active per every three-hour window.
Try the Cobalt Assembly Border
If no sandstorm is active in the Ohn'ahran Plains, check whether a sandstorm is active at the Cobalt Assembly in the Azure Span, then head to the edge of the Ohn'ahran Plains that intersects with the Cobalt Assembly, where empowered creatures may spawn between the two zones.
