The Ol Raszle Daszle
Defeat Raszageth the Storm-Eater after successfully gathering two Concentrated Storm Essences and defeating the Concentrated Storm in Vault of the Incarnates on Normal difficulty or higher.
The Ol Raszle Daszle requires you to defeat Raszageth the Storm-Eater in Vault of the Incarnates on Normal difficulty or higher after two players collect the Concentrated Storm Essences from the side platforms during the first intermission and then use those debuffs to summon and defeat the Concentrated Storm in Phase 3.
Assign Two Essence Collectors
Before pulling Raszageth, designate one player from each of the two raid groups to cross over to the side platforms early and collect the Concentrated Storm Essences. Demon Hunters with Netherwalk are best suited for this role due to the high incoming damage before the essence is grabbed, though Evokers, Hunters, Druids using Tiger Dash, and players using a
Potion of Gusts can also make the crossing.
Cross Early, Before Knockback
When Raszageth reaches 65% health she flies up before performing her knockback, and this is the window your two designated collectors must use to reach the side platforms. Crossing before the knockback prevents the essence from despawning, which happens by the time the rest of the raid is knocked to those platforms. Collectors can also use Raszageth's second Hurricane Wing cast to get knocked over early if they have no movement ability.
Survive With the Debuff
Collectors take heavy ticking damage while waiting for the essence, but once the essence is grabbed that damage stops and they simply need to survive through the intermission and Phase 2 as normal. If a collector dies, they can be battle-rezzed and will retain the debuff, so they do not need to be alive the entire time — just alive when Phase 3 begins.
Spawn and Kill the Concentrated Storm
When the raid is knocked back to the main platform at the start of Phase 3, both collectors activate their debuffs to spawn the Concentrated Storm, which appears in the middle of the platform under Raszageth and has just over 10 million HP in a 19-player group. You can spawn it immediately to use the extra space available early in the phase, or delay the spawn to align with Bloodlust or potions depending on your group's strategy. The Concentrated Storm's only notable ability is a lightning orb AoE, the same mechanic used by the adds in the second intermission.
Tips
If your group runs without a natural Bloodlust window early in Phase 3, delaying the Concentrated Storm spawn until Bloodlust and potions align can make the burn faster and cleaner.
Having collectors stack behind the raid in Phase 3 where the group normally drops the Phase 1 bomb keeps them topped and in position to activate the debuffs as soon as the phase begins.
