Incubation Extermination
Defeat Broodkeeper Diurna after successfully hatching and defeating lieutenants from each Primal element's eggs within 10 seconds of each other in Vault of the Incarnates on Normal difficulty or higher.
Incubation Extermination requires you to hatch one egg of each primal element (fire, water, earth, and air) during the Broodkeeper Diurna encounter in Vault of the Incarnates, then kill all four resulting Nascent Proto Drakes within 10 seconds of each other.
Identify and Mark Four Eggs
Before the fight begins, identify four eggs in the room — one of each colour representing fire, water, earth, and air. Mark two pairs that each contain all four colours, and save these four eggs to be the last ones broken. Two viable pairings are found near the wall on the right side of the room and two on the left side.
Assign a Third Tank
Use a three-tank setup: one tank holds Broodkeeper Diurna, and the other two tanks are dedicated to picking up the Nascent Proto Drakes — two drakes per tank — when they spawn from the hatched eggs.
Do Not Break Achievement Eggs Early
Run the rest of the Broodkeeper Diurna fight normally, breaking all other eggs as usual, but leave your four marked eggs untouched until the end of the encounter so the Nascent Proto Drake spawns are isolated and controlled.
Let All Four Drakes Spawn
When Broodkeeper Diurna casts Rapid Incubation near your marked eggs, do not use the Extra Action Button to destroy them — instead, allow all four Nascent Proto Drakes to fully hatch. Wait until all four are alive before dealing significant damage, so their health pools remain even.
Burn All Four Drakes Together
Once all four Nascent Proto Drakes are gathered and at similar health, use Bloodlust or Heroism and kill all four within 10 seconds of each other to trigger the achievement, then finish the Broodkeeper Diurna fight as normal.

The Nascent Proto Drakes have a very low health pool, so hold all raid damage on them until all four are pulled together to avoid killing any one drake too early.
