Siege on Dragonbane Keep: Home Sweet Home is a 10-point achievement earned by completing the Siege on Dragonbane Keep scenario, which becomes available after reaching reputation level 5 with a small dragon that appears near you and offers the quest 'To Dragonbane Keep!'
Unlock the Scenario
Reach reputation level 5 to have a small dragon appear near you and offer the quest 'To Dragonbane Keep!'. This unlocks access to the Siege on Dragonbane Keep scenario. Note that the scenario can be completed at any character level.
Travel to the Keep
Head to the start of the Siege on Dragonbane Keep at 30.51, 77.91 and wait near the area for the event to begin. The boss will shout that the Siege will start soon.
Complete the Siege
Follow the scenario from start to finish at 30.51, 77.91. Completing the full Siege on Dragonbane Keep scenario awards the achievement and a 
Dragonbane Keep Strongbox.
Tips
This scenario can trigger as a world quest objective, so watch for it appearing on your map to participate without needing to manually start it.
