All Sides of the Story is a 10-point achievement earned by listening to stories from multiple NPCs across the Waking Shores, with some questlines requiring up to 6 weekly resets to complete.
Visit Captain Garrick & Shuja Grimaxe
Head to Captain Garrick and Shuja Grimaxe at 76.6, 34.6 in the Waking Shores. Listen to their story, which includes 'Give Peace a Chance' and 'Encroaching Elementals'.
Complete Duroz & Kolgar Over 3 Weeks
Find Duroz and Kolgar inside a cave at 57.65, 66.96 in the Waking Shores. This questline spans 3 weekly resets: Week 1 unlocks 'Untold Regrets' and 'Pain Management', Week 2 unlocks 'The Bitter End' and 'Life After Life', and Week 3 unlocks 'Hollow', which awards achievement progress for Duroz & Kolgar.
Collect Skulls for Tarjin the Blind Over 6 Weeks
Tarjin the Blind requires 6 weekly resets of collecting 
Impressive Dragon Skulls to receive stories piece by piece. The tales unlock in this order: Tale of the Outsider, Tale of the Elders, Tale of the Warlord, Tale of the Slumbering, Tale of the Magma Pact, and finally Tale of the Weakling. You must actually listen to the Tale of the Weakling — the achievement triggers when the story is told, not on quest turn-in.
Find the Partially Destroyed Diary
Retrieve the 
Partially Destroyed Diary located at 23, 60 in the Waking Shores. To reach it, enter the Vaults at 27, 61, head down the stairs, take your first left, continue to the next room on your left, and interact with the book on the right-side bookcase to start the Memories Revived quest.
Tips
All three major questlines reset weekly, so begin Tarjin the Blind and Duroz & Kolgar at the same time to avoid unnecessary extra weeks — Tarjin's 6-week requirement will be your limiting factor.
If Tarjin the Blind's questline is your last remaining story, the achievement pops when he finishes telling the Tale of the Weakling, before you turn in the quest.
