Sojourner of Ohn'ahran Plains is a 10-point achievement requiring you to complete 8 optional storylines scattered across Ohn'ahran Plains, and it counts as a criterion for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.
Start Taivan's Purpose
Speak with Healer Selbekh at 61.21, 40.01 in Ohn'ahran Plains to begin the Taivan's Purpose storyline with the quest 'The Trouble with Taivan'. This chain only becomes available after completing the main campaign quests in the zone.
Begin Initiate's Day Out
Head to 56.25, 75.95 in Ohn'ahran Plains to pick up the 'Sneaking Out' quest and start the Initiate's Day Out storyline.
Find Lilac Ramble Chain
Travel to 25.09, 56.89 in Ohn'ahran Plains to find Theramus and begin the Lilac Ramble storyline.
Unlock Pinewood Post
Go to 81, 58.93 in Ohn'ahran Plains to start the Pinewood Post storyline with the quest 'Tempests Abound'. If the quest is not available, kill Storm Beasts in the eastern part of the zone until one drops 
Stormtouched Shards, which will grant you a starting quest for this chain.
Start Elder Nazuun Storyline
Head to 41.65, 56.68 in Ohn'ahran Plains to begin the Elder Nazuun storyline with 'Land of the Apex'. Note that this storyline requires completing The Nokhud Offensive dungeon — pick up the quest 'The Nokhud Offensive: The Final Ancestor' before entering so you only need one run.
Begin The Eternal Kurgans
Travel to 40.93, 61.55 in Ohn'ahran Plains to start The Eternal Kurgans storyline with 'Up to No-khud'. This chain also ends in The Nokhud Offensive dungeon — pick up 'The Nokhud Offensive: Founders Keepers' before running the dungeon alongside the Elder Nazuun quest to complete both in a single run. Note that placing the bow and spear for Founders Keepers is done outside the instance in Ohn'ahran Plains, not inside the dungeon itself.
Complete Mudfin Village
Head to 84.57, 25.29 in Ohn'ahran Plains to begin the Mudfin Village storyline, starting with quests involving Nergazurai, Thieving Gorlocs, and Sole Supplier.
Finish Nelthazan Ruins
Travel to 65.98, 25.12 in Ohn'ahran Plains and pick up 'The Nelthazan Ruins' quest to begin and complete the final Nelthazan Ruins storyline.
Tips
Before entering The Nokhud Offensive dungeon, pick up both 'The Nokhud Offensive: The Final Ancestor' (for Elder Nazuun) and 'The Nokhud Offensive: Founders Keepers' (for The Eternal Kurgans) so you can complete both storyline requirements in a single dungeon run.
Three of the eight storylines have steps that conclude inside The Nokhud Offensive dungeon — plan accordingly to avoid multiple runs.
