Lovin' Lubbins is a 5-point achievement earned by completing a 7-quest chain that helps Lubbins find his mojo, rewarding two pets along the way.
Find Jyhanna in Valdrakken
Begin the questline by speaking with Jyhanna at 10.58, 58.25 in Valdrakken to pick up the first quest, 'Oh Where, Oh Where Can He Be?'
Complete Valdrakken Quests
After accepting the first quest, speak with Lubbins at 10.52, 58.35 in Valdrakken to complete 'An Expert Opinion' and continue the chain.
Head to The Azure Span
Travel to 13.87, 49.82 in The Azure Span to complete 'What Lubbins Needs', which rewards a 
Flawless Dragonkin Battle-Stone, then at 13.87, 49.88 complete 'A Practice Bout' for an 
Ultimate Battle-Training Stone, followed by 'This Calls for a Specialist' at 13.87, 49.86.
Finish on The Waking Shores
Travel to 38.89, 83.30 in The Waking Shores to complete 'Born to Be Wilder', which rewards a 
Polished Pet Charm, then complete 'A Friend for Lubbins' at the same location to finish the chain and earn the achievement along with 
Lubbins as a pet.
