Begin the Gelikyr Overlook storyline by finding Commander Thadezus at 52.69, 67.31 in Thaldraszus and accepting the starting quest 'What Once Was Ours'. Completing this storyline rewards 
Highland Drake: Spined Back and Highland Drake: Maned Chin.
Start Drawing Conclusions Storyline
