Collect an armor set from Vault of the Incarnates.
Vaulternative Fashion requires collecting a full armor set appearance from Vault of the Incarnates using the Revival Catalyst, since several slot pieces are unobtainable directly and must be created by converting item-level appropriate gear.
Save Low Item Level Gear
Do not vendor low item level loot from raids or Mythic+. These pieces are needed as catalyst fodder, since some slot appearances cannot be obtained any other way.
Buy Gear from Mythressa
Purchase pieces you are missing from Mythressa in Valdrakken. Upgrade a piece once to qualify for the Normal set appearance, or twice to qualify for the Heroic set appearance before catalyzing.
Catalyze Gear for Appearances
Use the Revival Catalyst to convert your item-level appropriate gear into set appearance pieces. Item levels 392, 395, and 398 have been confirmed to produce the Normal set appearance. If you want both Normal and Heroic appearances from the same slot, catalyze a low item level piece first, then upgrade it with Valor to unlock additional appearances.
