Treasures of The Waking Shores is a 5-point exploration achievement earned by discovering all hidden treasures located throughout the Waking Shores zone.
Obtain the Archeologist Artifact Notes
Pick up the 
Archeologist Artifact Notes at 65.8, 41.8 in the Waking Shores. This item is required to access the 
Golden Dragon Goblet treasure. Loot a Dragon Isles Supply Bag from a Primal Proto-Drake and complete the associated quests to obtain it.
Collect the Golden Dragon Goblet
After obtaining the Archeologist Artifact Notes, the Golden Dragon Goblet is located at 65.8, 41.8 in the Waking Shores.
Obtain the Ruby Gem Cluster Map
Find the Ruby Gem Cluster Map at 61.3, 70.8 in the Waking Shores. This map is required to unlock the Glimmering Alexstraszite Cluster treasure. Note that Renown 21 is also required before you can access this treasure.
Collect the Glimmering Alexstraszite Cluster
Once you have the Ruby Gem Cluster Map and have reached Renown 21, loot the 
Glimmering Alexstraszite Cluster at 78, 29.4 in the Waking Shores.
Loot the Dead Man's Tunic
Head to the tower at 69.3, 46.5 in the Waking Shores and navigate to the middle level to find and loot the 
Dead Man's Tunic. No item is required to access this treasure. There is a crack in the floor at this location, but it is also reachable from above via dragonriding.
Loot the Misty Satchel
The 
Misty Satchel is hidden behind a waterfall at 58.5, 53 in the Waking Shores. Look for the Handhold at 58.82, 43.98 that sticks out from the waterfall to enter the cave behind it. Climbing Gear can also be found at 58.74, 54.87 nearby to assist with navigation.
Obtain A Guide to Rare Fish
Acquire the A Guide to Rare Fish, which is required to obtain the Azure Frillfish treasure. The guide is found at 40.4, 41.3 in the Waking Shores.
Collect the Azure Frillfish
With A Guide to Rare Fish in your possession, loot the 
Azure Frillfish and the 
Bubble Drifter both located at 40.48, 41.36 in the Waking Shores.
Collect Yennu's Kite
Find Yennu's Kite at 46.7, 31.2 in the Waking Shores, located on top of a tree branch. No item is required to access this treasure.
Tips
Several treasures require specific items such as the Archeologist Artifact Notes, Ruby Gem Cluster Map, and A Guide to Rare Fish before they become lootable — gather all required items before looting any treasures to avoid losing achievement progress on relog.
