Dragon Racing Completionist: Gold

Before attempting gold medals, collect all 48 Dragon Glyphs spread across the Dragon Isles zones — Waking Shores, Ohn'ahran Plains, Azure Span, and Thaldraszus. This unlocks all dragonriding abilities and upgrades, which are essential for reaching gold times.

Activate Bronze Timelock at the very start of a race before the timer begins, then activate it again when you reach the final gate to finish faster. If you need to reset during a race, land your dragon, then use the timepiece to return to the start.

Complete the Emberflow Flight race at 41.95, 67.3 — this is one of the harder races, so consider saving it for last. Avoid the two vigor orbs near the opening left-hand turn, and steer clear of the flame jets as they will slow you regardless of Surge Forward being active.

Complete the Wild Preserve Circuit at 42.58, 94.46, Wild Preserve Slalom at 47.02, 85.58, Uktulut Coaster Ride at 55.42, 41.19, River Rapids Route at 43.74, 66.76, and Emerald Gardens Ascent at 25.71, 55.07. Spam Surge Forward throughout and time it carefully on advanced difficulty.

Complete the Apex Canopy River Run at 23.27, 84.3, Flashfrost Flyover at 62.78, 74.02, Ruby Lifeshrine Loop at 63.3, 70.9, and Fen Flythrough at 86.26, 35.82. Use both mouse buttons held simultaneously for real-time turning and more aggressive directional control.

Complete the Wingrest Roundabout at 73.2, 33.96, Sundapple Copse Circuit at 63.75, 30.51, Ravine River Run at 80.89, 72.19, and Maruukai Dash (normal difficulty only) at 59.93, 35.55. Continue spamming Surge Forward and use left-click turning for tighter corners.
