Dragon Racing Completionist: Silver
Obtain silver in all races in the Dragon Isles.
Dragon Racing Completionist: Silver requires you to earn a silver rating or better in every dragon racing course across all four Dragon Isles zones, rewarding the 
Bronze Racing Enthusiast pet upon completion.
Upgrade Your Dragonriding Abilities
Before attempting the races, collect Dragon Glyph Embers across the Dragon Isles to unlock upgrades in your dragonriding talent tree. Unlocking at least one extra Vigor from the talent tree makes clearing silver times noticeably more manageable.
Complete Waking Shores Races
Run the following courses on the Waking Shores and earn silver or better on each: Ruby Lifeshrine Loop at 63.3, 70.9 and Wingrest Roundabout at 73.2, 33.96.
Complete Ohn'ahran Plains Races
Earn silver or better on each Ohn'ahran Plains course: Apex Canopy River Run at 23.27, 84.3, Wild Preserve Circuit at 42.58, 94.46, Wild Preserve Slalom at 47.02, 85.58, Uktulut Coaster Ride at 55.42, 41.19, Emerald Gardens Ascent at 25.71, 55.07, Maruukai Dash (normal difficulty only) at 59.93, 35.55, and Sundapple Copse Circuit at 63.75, 30.51.
Complete Azure Span Races
Earn silver or better on each Azure Span course: Flashfrost Flyover at 62.78, 74.02, Emberflow Flight at 41.95, 67.3, River Rapids Route at 43.74, 66.76, Ravine River Run at 80.89, 72.19, and Fen Flythrough at 86.26, 35.82.
Complete Thaldraszus Races
Earn silver or better on the remaining Thaldraszus course: Apex Canopy River Run at 23.27, 84.3 has already been listed above — complete any remaining Thaldraszus races including those covering the zone's assigned waypoints from the verified list.
Tips
Fly close to the edges of the golden rings rather than through the center to reduce travel distance and improve your time.
Use Surge Forward to build momentum and trigger Thrill of the Skies before activating Skyward Ascent or other dragonriding abilities, which helps maintain speed throughout each course.
