Azure Span: Silver
Obtain silver in all normal races in the Azure Span.
Azure Span: Silver requires you to complete all normal dragon racing courses in the Azure Span with a silver rating or better, rewarding the 
Highland Drake: Brown Hair customization.
Unlock Azure Span Races
Reach renown level 7 with the Azure Span faction, then complete the Aerial Challenges quest when a messenger appears near you. Afterward, pick up The Azure Span Tour quest to unlock all normal races in the zone.
Collect Dragon Glyphs First
Before attempting silver ratings, collect all Dragon Glyphs across the Dragon Isles to unlock all dragonriding abilities and upgrades, particularly the At Home Aloft upgrade, which allows your dragon to regenerate vigor while flying at high speed and is essential for maintaining momentum through race courses.
Complete Vakthros Ascent
Complete the Vakthros Ascent race at 71.29, 24.66 in the Azure Span with a silver rating or better.
Complete Azure Span Sprint
Complete the Azure Span Sprint race at 47.91, 40.78 in the Azure Span with a silver rating or better.
Complete Central Circuit
Complete the Central Circuit race at 48.49, 35.78 in the Azure Span with a silver rating or better.
Complete Archive Ambit
Complete the Archive Ambit race at 42.26, 56.74 in the Azure Span with a silver rating or better.
Complete Iskaara Flyover
Complete the Iskaara Flyover race at 16.56, 49.37 in the Azure Span with a silver rating or better.
Complete Azure Span Slalom
Complete the Azure Span Slalom race at 20.95, 22.62 in the Azure Span with a silver rating or better to finish all required races and earn the achievement.
Tips
The Thrill of the Skies mechanic causes your dragon to glow blue when vigor is regenerating at high speed — maintaining this state through each course significantly reduces your race time.
