Ohn'ahran Plains: Gold
Obtain gold in all normal races in the Ohn'ahran Plains.
Ohn'ahran Plains: Gold requires you to earn a gold rating in all normal dragon racing courses across the Ohn'ahran Plains.
Collect All Dragon Glyphs
Before attempting gold races, collect all 48 Dragon Glyphs across the Dragon Isles by completing Waking Shores Glyph Hunter, Ohn'ahran Plains Glyph Hunter, Azure Span Glyph Hunter, and Thaldraszus Glyph Hunter. This unlocks all dragonriding abilities and upgrades, making gold times significantly more achievable.
Race Sundapple Copse Circuit
Head to the Sundapple Copse Circuit at 63.75, 30.51 in the Ohn'ahran Plains and complete the race with a gold rating. Fly close to the edges of the golden rings rather than through the center to save time, and use Surge Forward to build Thrill of the Skies before activating Skyward Ascent.
Race Fen Flythrough
Travel to the Fen Flythrough at 86.26, 35.82 and complete it with a gold rating. Spam Surge Forward throughout the course to maintain speed and pick up as many boost rings as possible.
Race Maruukai Dash
Fly to the Maruukai Dash at 59.93, 35.55 and earn a gold rating. Use Surge Forward before other dragonriding abilities to maximize the benefit of Thrill of the Skies.
Race Ravine River Run
Head to the Ravine River Run at 80.89, 72.19 and complete it with a gold rating. Hug the edges of the golden circles to cut down on travel distance through each checkpoint.
Race River Rapids Route
Travel to the River Rapids Route at 43.74, 66.76 and earn a gold rating. Maintain consistent use of Surge Forward and activate Thrill of the Skies before spending any other ability charges.
Race Mirror of the Sky Dash
Fly to the Mirror of the Sky Dash at 47.49, 70.62 and complete it with a gold rating. Keep Surge Forward as your primary speed tool and time your ability usage carefully through each gate.
Race Emerald Gardens Ascent
Head to the Emerald Gardens Ascent at 25.71, 55.07 and finish with a gold rating to complete all normal Ohn'ahran Plains races. Completing all seven courses at gold unlocks the Ohn'ahran Plains: Gold achievement, which contributes toward the Dragon Racing Completionist: Gold and its associated rewards including the Isles Racer title, 
Bronze Racing Enthusiast battle pet, 
Spiked Crimson Spaulders, 
Renewed Proto-Drake: Red Hair, 
Renewed Proto-Drake: Gold and Red Armor, 
Windborne Velocidrake: Red Hair, 
Windborne Velocidrake: Gold and Red Armor, 
Highland Drake: Brown Hair, 
Highland Drake: Gold and Red Armor, 
Cliffside Wylderdrake: Blonde Hair, and 
Cliffside Wylderdrake: Gold and Orange Armor.
Tips
Dragonriding talent upgrades are not strictly required for normal races, but unlocking at least one extra Vigor from the top row of the talent tree makes reaching gold times noticeably easier.
Trigger Surge Forward to activate Thrill of the Skies before using Skyward Ascent or any other dragonriding ability, as Thrill of the Skies amplifies the effect of those abilities.
