Thanks for the Carry! is a collection achievement that rewards the Otterworldly Ottuk Carrier mount for reaching 500 mounts usable by a single character.
Understand What Counts
The achievement tracks mounts usable by one single character, not your total account-wide mount collection. Class-specific mounts such as Paladin mounts, Legion class mounts, and Covenant mounts count toward the total, and characters like Paladins may show a higher count than other characters due to their extra class mounts.
Check Per-Character Progress
Log in on different characters to see accurate per-character counts, as the achievement counter can appear stuck on one character but update correctly after switching to another. If you are close to 500, logging onto a Paladin may push the counter over the threshold due to additional class mounts.
Note Evoker Vorquin Mounts
Evoker players should be aware that the 7 Vorquin mounts may not all tally individually — sometimes only 2 count (one for the base Vorquin and one for the Armored Vorquin) rather than all color variations, which can affect your progress count.
