Windborne Velocidrake, which is rewarded by completing the Ohn'ahran Plains main storyline.
Complete Waking Shores Story
Finish the main story in The Waking Shores before beginning work toward this achievement, as it is a prerequisite for progressing in Ohn'ahran Plains.
Complete The Nokhud Offensive Chain
Work through all 32 required quests in The Nokhud Offensive, starting with Next Steppes and progressing through the full main storyline, including quests for Clan Teerai, Clan Ohn'ir, Clan Nokhud, and others leading up to the third chapter.
Complete Shady Sanctuary Quest
Complete Shady Sanctuary, the 6th quest in the third chapter of The Nokhud Offensive main storyline, which rewards the Windborne Velocidrake item that teaches this mount.
