Complete the Ring of Blood quests in Nagrand and the Ampitheater of Anguish quests in Zul'Drak.
Of Blood and Anguish is a 10-point achievement earned by completing the Ring of Blood questline in Nagrand and the Amphitheater of Anguish questline in Zul'Drak.
Complete Ring of Blood
Travel to the Ring of Blood in Nagrand and complete all 6 stages of fights. Each stage rewards around 
11 gold, and the full questline can be completed solo at max level, with Mogor noted as the toughest opponent requiring some kiting.
Complete Amphitheater of Anguish
Once you have reached at least level 75, travel to the Amphitheater of Anguish in Zul'Drak and complete all 7 stages of fights, which can be soloed at max level with no significant difficulty.
