Dead Men Tell Some Tales requires completing all four Covenant campaigns in Shadowlands.
Complete Each Covenant Campaign
Complete the campaign for all four Covenants: Kyrian, Necrolord, Night Fae, and Venthyr. If you collect mounts, switching Covenants to collect mount rewards naturally leads you through each storyline along the way.
Resolve Venthyr 8/9 Stuck Progress
If your Venthyr campaign shows 8/9 complete with the Sinfall chapter missing, progress the Korthia storyline until the Medallion of Wrath quest becomes available and complete it to unlock the final chapter.
Tips
This achievement does not have an account-wide tag, so all four campaigns may need to be completed on the same character.
