Obtain the Peaceful Pocopoc at 65.6, 46.85 by completing the Mysterious Greenery quest line, which requires bringing 5 Pollen Cloud buffs one by one (they do not stack) to open the chamber.

Obtain the Pirate Pocopoc at 35.06, 70 south of Haven — first unlock the Daelic Understanding power on the Cypher of the First Ones console, then click the aurelid (jellyfish) near the edge of the small pool, which will cause Pocopoc to swim it down to a sunken treasure chest and carry it up for you to collect.

Obtain the Adventurous Pocopoc by entering the shelter at 58.02, 44.55, turning right, and using an orb; the costume is associated with the area around 59.61, 46.19.

Obtain the Admiral Pocopoc from a Submerged Chest at 58.73, 73.01 — use the chest from the south side.

Obtain the Wicked Pocopoc by using Firim's Spare Forge-Tap to gather Eidolic Particles at the Forge of the Afterlives to craft the Kismetric Disc, then use it at 34.21, 48.62 — when gathering particles, land beside the large balls in the middle section rather than on top of them before using the Forge-Tap.

Obtain Pocobold by looting the Prying Eye Discovery treasures, which can spawn at 34.31, 44.31, at 35.32, 43.72, or at 48.01, 66.41.

Once all 9 Pocopoc costumes are collected and the Fashion of the First Ones achievement is completed, relog your character and the Lovely Regal Pocopoc pet costume will arrive in your in-game mailbox.
