The Protoform Matrix
Defeat Lihuvim after synthesizing and defeating a Reaving Automa: Neo in the Sepulcher of the First Ones on Normal difficulty or higher.
The Protoform Matrix is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating Lihuvim in the Sepulcher of the First Ones on Normal difficulty or higher after synthesizing and then killing a Reaving Automa: Neo created from Reaves.
Obtain a Reaves Battery
An Engineer is required for this achievement. Craft or bring a 
Reaves Battery (crafted with 5 Felslate via Legion Engineering) or a Rechargeable Reaves Battery before entering the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
Deploy Reaves Before Pull
Enter the Lihuvim boss room on Normal difficulty or higher. Before pulling the boss, the Engineer deploys Reaves directly on one of the unsynthesized Protoform Automa pads — the rear right bay (closest to the entrance on the right side) is a reliable choice. The unsynthesized Automa on that pad is immediately replaced with an unsynthesized Reaving Automa: Neo.
Pull and Handle Synthesize
Pull Lihuvim and, when the first Synthesize intermission begins, go to any bay that does NOT contain the Reaving Automa: Neo and kill the Automa there as normal — do not touch the Neo bay during Synthesize.
Kill Reaving Automa: Neo
After Synthesize ends, Reaving Automa: Neo spawns and becomes active — it has roughly 11–12 million HP, so save major cooldowns and Bloodlust/Heroism for it. It applies a stacking armor reduction aura and follows up with a Cosmic Shift ability that can be lethal if stacks are too high, so melee should back off to drop stacks when needed.
Defeat Lihuvim
Once Reaving Automa: Neo is dead, continue the Lihuvim encounter normally and defeat him to complete the achievement. Players who died during the fight can still receive credit.

Reaves can be deployed before the pull while standing next to the pad — the transformation happens instantly, so there is no need to wait until combat begins.
