Synthesized! is a 10-point achievement earned by crafting any protoform creature at one of Zereth Mortis's protoform forges, which first requires unlocking the Synthesis Forge through the zone's main campaign.
Complete Secrets of the First Ones Campaign
Progress through chapters 1, 2, and 3 of the Secrets of the First Ones zone campaign in Zereth Mortis. Finishing chapter 3 grants you access to the Cypher Console.
Unlock the Synthesis Forge
Gather 
Genesis Motes and Cyphers of the First Ones from rares, treasures, world quests, and dailies in Zereth Mortis. Spend these Cyphers on the Cypher Console upgrade that unlocks the Synthesis Forge.
Accept the Protoform Synthesis Quest
After completing the Synthesis Forge upgrade, summon Pocopoc. Pocopoc will offer you the Protoform Synthesis quest, which leads you directly to the forge.
Craft a Protoform Creature at the Forge
Head to the Protoform Synthesis Forge at 61.97, 58.93 in Zereth Mortis. You start with 14 Archetype toys as schematics — use any one of them along with the required components to craft a protoform creature and earn the achievement.
Tips
After the daily reset, complete The Lost Component and A New Architect quests to unlock the Mount forge, and complete the Protoform Synthesis quest to unlock the Battle Pet forge — both forges count toward crafting.
