Successfully participate in the Darkmoon Faire Dance game.
First Dance is a 5-point achievement earned by successfully participating in the Darkmoon Faire Dance game.
Visit the Darkmoon Faire
Travel to the Darkmoon Faire when it is active and locate the Dance game attraction to participate in it.
Complete the Dance Game
While your opponent performs dance moves, observe and input the sequence shown on screen, then perform your turn to execute the sequence — you do not need to win the dance to receive credit for this achievement.

Failing the dance does not appear to block credit for First Dance, though failing horribly results in the crowd booing your character.
