Rock n' Roll
Use Lightning Nitro while listening to Rockin' Tunes in your Rockin' Rollin' Racer.
Rock n' Roll is a 10-point Winter Veil achievement earned by activating Lightning Nitro while Rockin' Tunes is playing in your Rockin' Rollin' Racer, obtained through the 
Rockin' Rollin' Racer Customizer 19.9.3 toy.
Obtain the Customizer Toy
Loot the Rockin' Rollin' Racer Customizer 19.9.3 from the 
Winter Veil Gift found under the Christmas Tree in Orgrimmar (Horde) or Ironforge (Alliance) on December 25th, available until January 1st. If you missed it, it also drops from the Stolen Present, rewarded by the daily quest 'You're a Mean One...' obtainable in Orgrimmar or Ironforge during the Winter Veil event.
Summon Your Racer
Open your Toy Box, find Rockin' Rollin' Racer Customizer 19.9.3, click it, select a model, then press the green 'Select and Summon' button to summon your racer.
Activate Both Skills
With the racer summoned, press 'Rockin' Tunes' to start the music and then immediately press 'Lightning Nitro' to trigger the achievement.
Tips
The Stolen Present has no guaranteed drop, so completing the 'You're a Mean One...' daily quest on multiple characters increases the number of attempts per day.
