After pulling Hylbrande, deal no damage to him. The higher his HP remains, the faster the Sanitizing Field expands across the room, which is necessary for the achievement. When the two adds spawn, do not damage or interrupt them either.

Once Hylbrande finishes his cast and begins channeling Sanitizing Cycle, he becomes immune to damage and four colored orbs spawn on the four runes around the room. You have approximately 1 minute to complete the orb phase before the encounter bugs and requires a reset.

Click the Titan console at the front of the room to see where each orb must be deposited. The symbols shown are rotated clockwise from their true positions, so mentally rotate each indicated symbol one position counter-clockwise to find the correct console. For example, if the console shows a symbol in the front-right position, that orb actually belongs in the front-left console.

Each orb carrier should position themselves on the first step near their assigned console — standing about 1 yard closer to the console than the cursor range indicator suggests, as maximum cursor range will not allow the console to be clicked. Delay picking up the orbs by at least 5 seconds after they spawn, then wait at your console until the Sanitizing Field ground effect physically reaches your feet and you gain the debuff before clicking. If you click too early without the debuff, the achievement will not credit. If the orbs drop to the floor before you click, you can no longer complete Sanitizing Cycle and must reset.

If you deposit an orb into the wrong console, Hylbrande will stun you for a couple of seconds — this confirms an incorrect placement. No stun means the orb was placed correctly. Correct all four placements while afflicted with Sanitizing Field to complete the achievement requirement.
