Fake It 'Til You Make It
Defeat So'leah in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market after being caught using forged credentials on Mythic Difficulty.
Fake It 'Til You Make It requires you to defeat So'leah in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market on Mythic difficulty after triggering Hard Mode by using forged credentials to deceive a guard at the dungeon entrance, earning you the Tazavesh Gearglider mount upon completion.
Enter on Heroic Difficulty
Set the dungeon difficulty to Heroic and enter Tazavesh, the Veiled Market. Defeat the first boss, then head right down the stairs and find a Questionable Trader in a corner — purchase 
Fraudulent Credentials from them.
Forge the Credentials
Progress to the Au'Myza's Oasis area and enter it. After the stairs, turn left and find Au'manal — equip your Fraudulent Credentials and speak to him to transform them into 
Passably-Forged Credentials.
Reset and Switch to Mythic
Leave the dungeon, reset your instances, and re-enter Tazavesh on Mythic difficulty with a fresh lockout — note that if you killed the first boss in your Heroic run, you will need to wait for the weekly reset before starting a fresh Mythic instance.
Activate Hard Mode
Before moving into the dungeon, equip your Passably-Forged Credentials and use them to transform into a broker, then speak to Fe'tajid to your right and exhaust all dialogue to enable Hard Mode — only one person in the group needs the credentials, as all party members will be transformed and receive credit.
Skip to Final Bosses
After activating Hard Mode, speak to Ta'piks to skip ahead to Stormheim and defeat only the final three bosses, ending with So'leah — defeating So'leah in this state completes the achievement and awards the Tazavesh Gearglider to all eligible party members.
Tips
Only one player in the group needs to obtain and use the Passably-Forged Credentials to start Hard Mode — all other party members receive the achievement and mount automatically upon defeating So'leah.
You can join a group that is already on the final boss and still receive the achievement and mount, even without ever having entered Tazavesh Hard Mode before.
The quest associated with Hard Mode is not required to earn this achievement — completing it only provides a higher item level version of the necklace, which is unnecessary for the achievement.
