Purchase Four Items From Vendors
At the entrance of the dungeon, buy one item each from the Toy Vendor, Antique Vendor, Meat Vendor, and Fruit Vendor — each costs 100g. These items are unique, so only one of each can be purchased per attempt.
Throw Items During Interrogation
When Zo'phex begins his Interrogation mechanic, a player is placed in a cage as Zo'phex advances with a flurry of blades. Throw all four purchased items in front of the boss before the blades hit — the blades will destroy the items and splatter their remains across the room as puddles near all players.
Stand In All Four Puddles
Every player must stand in each of the four puddles to gain all four debuffs. The debuffs persist for the remainder of the fight, so collect all four before focusing on defeating Zo'phex.
Tips
This achievement can be completed with as few as two players on Mythic difficulty.
Stock up on multiple sets of the four items before pulling — each attempt consumes one full set, and the number of items available from vendors per session may be limited.
