Together Forever
Defeat Kel'Thuzad after thawing the Remnant's heart in the Sanctum of Domination on Normal difficulty or higher.
Together Forever requires you to defeat Kel'Thuzad in the Sanctum of Domination after carrying Mr. Bigglesworth into his Phylactery, which first requires petting the cat twice before reaching his room.
Pet Mr. Bigglesworth After Tarragrue
After defeating The Tarragrue, find Mr. Bigglesworth at 63.5, 58.7 on the right side of the first trash area. Pet him and he will run off to his next location.
Pet Mr. Bigglesworth Again Before Soulrender
After defeating The Nine, find Mr. Bigglesworth at 72.4, 56.1 between The Nine and the area containing Soulrender Dormazain, Painsmith Raznal, and Remnant of Ner'zhul. You can clear the trash on the Soulrender Dormazain side to reach him, or a Demon Hunter can jump the gap on the Remnant of Ner'zhul side. Pet him again and he will move to Kel'Thuzad's room.
Pick Up Mr. Bigglesworth in KT's Room
Find Mr. Bigglesworth at 37.6, 49.1 next to the door on the right side of Kel'Thuzad's room. Click him to pick him up and place him on your head. Note that carrying him applies a slight movement slow to whoever is holding him.
Use Special Action Button in Phylactery
Enter the Phylactery phase during the Kel'Thuzad encounter and use your Extra Action Button to deliver Mr. Bigglesworth. This grants Kel'Thuzad a 500% damage taken buff. Defeat Kel'Thuzad to complete the achievement.
Tips
Mr. Bigglesworth will not appear at his second or third locations unless you have already petted him in the correct order starting from after The Tarragrue. If you arrive at Kel'Thuzad without completing this sequence, go back to the entrance and work forward.
If Mr. Bigglesworth despawns after you pick him up, reset the Kel'Thuzad encounter and he will respawn in the corner of the room.
As of patch 11.0.5, this achievement can be completed solo, as Arfus will tank Kel'Thuzad during the encounter.
