Be under the effects of Claustrophobia for 30 consecutive seconds while the Torment "Claustrophobic" is active in Torghast, Tower of the Damned.
Crowd Pleaser requires you to remain under the effects of the Claustrophobia debuff for 30 consecutive seconds while the Claustrophobic Torment is active in Torghast, Tower of the Damned.
Confirm Claustrophobic Torment Is Active
Torments rotate daily per wing in Torghast, so run the wing on a day when Claustrophobic is listed as the active Torment. Depending on your progression in The Box of Many Things, you may need to reach layer 12 before the Claustrophobic Torment becomes available.
Check Active Blessings First
Before proceeding, look at which Blessings are currently active. If Surging Power is up, the rotating orbs of energy will kill weaker mobs before 30 seconds elapse, and the stronger mobs capable of surviving it may pose a serious survival threat — particularly on layer 12 and with lower gear levels.
Gather Five Mawrats
Find a group of 5 Mawrats and allow them to remain on you without killing them. Stealth classes can simply enter stealth near a pack of 5 Mawrats and wait out the full 30 seconds. At level 70, enter Torghast, locate a group of enemies, and stand in the Claustrophobia debuff for 30 seconds.
Avoid Immunity Effects
Do not use the Crumbling Aegis anima power while attempting this achievement, as its immunity effect prevents the Claustrophobia debuff from being applied or maintained, making the achievement unobtainable during its duration.
Tips
Torments cycle daily per wing, so revisit the wing on a different day if Claustrophobic is not currently active.
