Master of Torment
Complete the achievements listed below:
Master of Torment is a meta-achievement requiring completion of a set of sub-achievements tied to specific Torments within Torghast, and as of build 11.0.0.54605 progress is Warbound and awarded account-wide retroactively.
Upgrade Tower of Knowledge
Upgrade the Tower of Knowledge to unlock 3 blessings and 6 torment slots, as without the 3-blessing upgrade certain torments such as Rampage may not appear.
Open All Torghast Wings
Ensure all wings are unlocked, since Torments rotate daily and differ between wings — for example, Claustrophobia may not appear in Fracture Chambers but can be active in Skoldus Hall on the same day.
Check Daily Reset for Torments
Torments rotate on daily reset across 6 available slots; a torment in slot 1 requires only layer 7, slot 2 requires at least layer 8, and the final slot requires layer 15 or 16, so check which layers are needed each day based on where the desired torment appears.
Complete All Sub-Achievements
All sub-achievements must be earned on a single character; even if another character has completed some and they display as completed when hovered, the account-wide credit only applies as of patch 11.0, so complete any remaining ones on one character to be safe.
Tips
All sub-achievements can realistically be completed within 1–2 days given the daily torment rotation across all available wings.
If a specific torment is missing in one wing, check all other wings before waiting for the next daily reset.
