Collect all of the Archivist's relics in Korthia.
Reliquary Restoration requires you to collect all of the Archivist's relics scattered across Korthia, earned by completing a series of relic quests tied to the Archivist Roh-Suir reputation.
Complete Prerequisite Quest
Finish the quest What Must Be Found before you can begin collecting relics for this achievement.
Collect the Damaged Talisman
Pick up the 
Damaged Talisman, found inside a cave at 62.1, 56.8 in Korthia, which starts the quest Talisman of the Eternal Scholar.
Collect the Singing Steel Ingot
Find the 
Singing Steel Ingot inside the cave at 40.6, 41.3 in Korthia.
Collect the Celestial Shadowlands Chart
Pick up the 
Celestial Shadowlands Chart at 45.5, 56.0 in Korthia.
Collect Book of Binding
Obtain the 
Book of Binding: The Mad Witch at 27.2, 56.8 in Korthia, all the way at the back of the top level of the cave.
Gather Rune Chits from Treasures
Loot 20x 
Diviner's Rune Chit from Korthia treasures to complete the Pouch of Rune Chits quest, which also rewards 
Ancient Korthian Runes. The Pouch of Rune Chits can be found at 45.5, 56.0 in Korthia.
Unlock Tier 2 and Purchase Keys
Reach Tier 2 research to unlock the ability to purchase keys from Archivist Roh-Suir for 
25 Cataloged Research each. Keys such as the 
Key of the Inner Chambers, 
Korthite Crystal Key, and 
Key of Many Thoughts are required to access the remaining Set 2 relics.
Complete All Relic Quests
Work through all 20 relic quests across the quest sets in Korthia, including additional relics found in the Korthia Rift, to complete Reliquary Restoration. Completing all 20 relic quests rewards a total of 7,500 Cataloged Research.

Reach Tier 1 research by completing the initial Archivist Roh-Suir storyline and introductory quests before attempting to collect relics for this achievement.
