Complete Quest 3 Times
The 'Oozing with Character' daily quest does not appear every day and shares rotation with other Korthia dailies, so complete it with Bloop on 3 separate days it appears to finish the achievement. As of patch 9.2, only 3 completions are required, reduced from the original 10.
Tips
As of patch 9.2, the completion requirement was reduced from 10 to 3, so if you already completed the quest 3 or more times before that patch, the achievement may already be complete.
