Hoarder of Torghast
Make use of items Fangcrack pulls out of the Portal to Torghast.
Hoarder of Torghast requires you to make use of items that Fangcrack pulls out of the Portal to Torghast during the Venthyr Assault event.
Pick Up Fangcrack's Fan Club
This achievement is only available during the Venthyr Assault when the quest Fangcrack's Fan Club is active. Pick up the quest and head to Fangcrack at 29.2, 17.5. This can still be completed after finishing the assault.
Wait for Portal Items
Stand near the portal where Fangcrack is pulling enemies. Every few pulls he will occasionally drag out an Anima Cell, jars, or a broker. You do not need to kill the mobs — Fangcrack will handle them while you focus on the items.
Use Anima Cells
When an Anima Cell appears on the ground, interact with it to gain +1 progress. Anima Cells are shared and usable by all eligible players nearby, not just the player who clicks first.
Break Jars and Phylacteries
When jars or Phylacteries are thrown to the ground, destroy them for +1 progress each. You must land the killing blow on Phylacteries for it to count toward your achievement — this progress is NOT shared in a party.
Buy From the Broker
A Torghast merchant will occasionally appear and sell 
Collapsing Riftstones for 100 Stygia each with no purchase limit. Buying and using these counts toward the achievement, and you can buy up to 10 at a time.
Reset Anima Powers by Relogging
If Anima Cells stop being interactable after 3 uses, log out completely — logging out automatically removes all anima power buffs, making Anima Cells interactable again when you log back in.
Tips
The achievement takes roughly 10 to 40 minutes depending on how frequently Fangcrack pulls usable items from the portal.
After picking up approximately 3 to 4 Anima Powers, any additional powers may become glitched placeholder powers — relog with zero active powers to reset this.
