Open ten Mawsworn Caches during the Necrolord assault on Perdition Hold.
Up For Grabs requires opening ten Mawsworn Caches during the Necrolord assault on Perdition Hold, and is completed across multiple daily resets since there are not enough caches available in a single day.
Complete Putting A Plan Together
Complete the quest Putting A Plan Together so that Mikanikos builds the Overcharged Centurion, which is required to reach caches on top of walls and towers. You may need to have completed this quest at least once before caches become visible to you.
Use Centurion To Scale Walls
During the Necrolord assault on Perdition Hold, mount the Overcharged Centurion and use its Purestep Ascension ability (ability 3) to reach Mawsworn Caches on top of the walls and towers. If you do not have access to the Overcharged Centurion, a 
Darkmoon Cannon, 
Borr-Geth's Fiery Brimstone, or 
Goblin Glider Kit can help you reach elevated caches.
Loot Caches At These Locations
Open Mawsworn Caches at the following locations in Perdition Hold: at 33.6, 70.5; at 32.8, 65.1; at 30.1, 65.0; at 34.1, 61.6; at 27.7, 61.7; at 33.8, 57.4; at 30.3, 55.8; at 30.33, 55.94; at 32.79, 64.92; at 33.6, 70.4; at 35.07, 69.68; at 27.73, 61.62; and at 33.75, 54.92. Caches on walls and towers require the Overcharged Centurion or elevation items to reach.
Return Daily To Finish
Caches reset with daily resets, so return each day of the Necrolord assault to open additional caches until you reach ten total. You can loot caches multiple times across the same assault on different days.
Tips
For hard-to-reach caches, take the flight to Zerekriss and on the return trip use a
Goblin Glider Kit aimed at the tallest tower directly ahead — you can land on a ridge near the top, and from there glide to an otherwise inaccessible cache, which is useful if you are one or two caches short of the achievement.
