Purchase any five permanent upgrades from Ve'nari. Note that Ve'nari sells the Soul-stabilizing Talisman, which is listed in the achievement as Soul-stabilizing Salve — these are the same item, and it counts toward the achievement.
Consider Lower-Cost Upgrades
Prioritizing less costly upgrades from Ve'nari's inventory is a valid strategy to reach five purchases sooner.
