Find Addius the Tormentor at 61.37, 41.19 in Revendreth. Use an Iron Starlette (1/2/1): open with Wind-Up, then choose the damage curse, use Supercharge, Wind-Up, and Toxic Smoke — the pet should die on the damage-over-time tick from Smoke, meaning one Iron Starlette can solo this fight. Bring two other Mechanical pets to secure achievement credit.

Find Faryl at 51.2, 44.2 in Ardenweald. Use a Sunreaver Micro-Sentry (1/1/2), Iron Starlette (1/x/1), and Rebuilt Gorilla Bot (2/x/2). Open with Supercharge on the Sunreaver Micro-Sentry, then Laser until the moth dies — the Micro-Sentry typically dies on the next pet's first turn. Bring in Iron Starlette: Wind-Up, Supercharge, then Wind-Up three times, followed by Metal Fist; Surge of Power should finish the final pet. Note this fight has RNG variance, so if you are put to sleep, restart the attempt.

Use Warbot with Toxic Smoke and Launch Rocket, Tranquil Mechanical Yeti with Supercharge and Call Lightning, and Iron Starlette with Wind-Up and Supercharge. Open with your Warbot to apply Toxic Smoke and Launch Rocket, then bring in the Tranquil Mechanical Yeti to use Supercharge followed by Call Lightning. Finish with Iron Starlette: Wind-Up, Supercharge, Wind-Up, and keep winding up until the opponent is dead.

Use two Iron Starlettes (1/x/1) and Lil' Bling (2/2/1). On the first enemy pet, use Wind-Up, Supercharge, Wind-Up, Powerball — the first Iron Starlette and Sylla's first pet die around the same time. Switch to Lil' Bling: use Extra Plating, Make It Rain, and Inflation, keeping Extra Plating up and Make It Rain on cooldown; Lil' Bling and Sylla's second pet die around the same time. Finish with the second Iron Starlette: Wind-Up, Supercharge, Wind-Up — there is room to spare when Sylla's third pet dies.

Use Mechanical Scorpid (2/1/2), Microbot XD (1/2/2), and Rascal-Bot (1/2/x). Open with Wind-Up charge, Extra Plating, let Wind-Up land, then Wind-Up charge again, Blinding Poison, let Wind-Up land, Extra Plating, Wind-Up charge, let Wind-Up land — Scorpid revives and Bloog dies. Continue: Blinding Poison, Wind-Up charge, let Wind-Up land, then Scorpid dies. Switch to Microbot XD: Supercharge, Ion Cannon to kill Bone Crusher, then wait twice, Supercharge, Alert, Alert — Microbot dies. Switch to Rascal-Bot: Amber Prison, Phaser, Phaser, Phaser. Note that Bloog crits frequently, so some attempts may require repeating.

Defeat the remaining Shadowlands Master Tamers using teams of three level 25 Mechanical pets. These battles can be done at any time and do not require an active quest to be up.
