Flickering Fliers
Defeat 9 Master Tamers in the Shadowlands with a team of all level 25 Flying pets.
Flickering Fliers requires you to defeat 9 Master Tamers in the Shadowlands using a team composed entirely of level 25 Flying pets.
Prepare Your Flying Pets
Bring a full team of level 25 Flying pets to each tamer fight. The strategies below serve as guidelines, as many Shadowlands tamer fights require flexibility rather than a strict fixed rotation.
Defeat Faryl
Use a Shadowbarb Hatchling, Dread Hatchling, and any finisher pet. Open with Void Cyclone, then Void Tremors, then Shadow Talon until Shadowbarb dies. Switch to Dread Hatchling and use Shadow Talon until the first pet dies, then use Call Darkness to remove poison weather, follow with Nocturnal Strike, then Shadow Talon until Dread Hatchling falls. Finish with your third pet, such as Snowfeather Hatchling using Crouch for big hits and Falcosaur Swarm or Predatory Strike to close out.
Defeat Sylla
Bring Ikky using Black Claw and Flock, Direbeak Hatchling using Ironskin and Falcosaur Swarm, and Royal Peachick using Dazzling Dance, Savage Talon, and Rain Dance.
Defeat Glitterdust
Use Teroclaw Hatchling with the 1/1/2 build, Skywisp Moth with the 1/1/2 build, and Snowfeather Hatchling with the x/x/1 build. After killing Slugger, try to land 3 Claw hits on Runehoof, and the remainder of the fight becomes straightforward.
Complete Remaining Tamers
Seek out and defeat the remaining Shadowlands Master Tamers using your level 25 Flying pet team until the achievement total reaches 9 defeated tamers.
