Shadowlands Safari
Catch every battle pet in the Shadowlands.
Shadowlands Safari requires you to catch every battle pet found in the Shadowlands zones, rewarding 5 achievement points upon completion.
Catch Bastion Pets
Hunt down all eight Bastion battle pets: find Copperfur Kit at 42, 60; Fledgling Teroclaw at 43, 60 or 43.2, 58.1; Fluttering Glimmerfly at 42, 47; Glimmerpool Hatchling at 50, 64, 46, 29, or 54, 32; Rustfur Kit at 56, 88, 51, 63, 44, 45, or 55, 36; Wader Chick at 54, 73, 54, 81, or 53, 85; Wild Etherwyrm at 48, 43, 57, 58, or 55, 34; and Vibrant Glimmerfly anywhere in the zone. If you cannot find a pet as a primary spawn, battle other pets near those spawn points as it may appear as a secondary pet in the encounter. Rustfur Kit in particular is known to appear as a secondary when battling Glimmerfly near its tagged spawn points. All Bastion pets can also be found around the Terrace of the Collectors as primary, secondary, or tertiary battle pets.
Catch Maldraxxus Pets
Track down the Maldraxxus battle pets: find Animated Cruor at 30, 33, 35, 21, or 57, 36; Bleak Skitterer at 38, 33, 63, 33, or 54, 60; Crawbat at 58, 38, 55, 60, or 45, 51; and Necroray Spawnling at 45, 31 or 67, 51. Any pets not appearing as primary spawns can show up as secondary pets during battles near those locations.
Use Anubisath Idol
Anubisath Idol is a reliable pet for working through all battles needed for this achievement, as it is durable enough to carry fights against three pets on its own without swapping.
Tips
If a specific pet is not spawning as a primary, battle any pet near its known spawn point — most Shadowlands pets can appear as secondary pets in wild battles at those locations.
The Lost Soul in Revendreth and Clutch are reported to have low spawn rates; for Clutch specifically, defeat other nearby pets repeatedly to force a respawn.
