Death Foursworn
Defeat Thran'tiok in a Trial of Wisdom without damaging her before destroying all phylacteries.
Death Foursworn requires you to defeat Thran'tiok in a Trial of Wisdom without dealing any damage to her until all phylacteries have been destroyed.
Select Trial of Wisdom
Select Thran'tiok, choose the Trial of Wisdom, then select Pelagos as your companion. Ignore Charms and equip the Trident before entering the fight.
Position Before Starting
Position yourself between the Pain and Suffering phylacteries before engaging. Destroy all four phylacteries in this order: Pain, Suffering, Death, Destruction. Each phylactery can be destroyed with one Test of Faith and one Aspirant's Bindings — do not use two Tests of Faith on a single phylactery.
Avoid Damaging Thran'tiok
Do not use the Deep Echo Trident on Thran'tiok before all phylacteries are destroyed, as doing so will prevent the achievement from counting. Use the Trident only to interrupt Terminal Destruction while the phylacteries are still active.
Manage Confront Memories
Use your Confront Memories invulnerability once while destroying the phylacteries to absorb damage, then save a subsequent use for when you have poor positioning during Death Blossom after the phylacteries are down.
Burn Thran'tiok
Once all phylacteries are destroyed, deal damage to Thran'tiok. Step into the safe zones to avoid Death Blossom, and continue using the Trident to interrupt Terminal Destruction, which she will still cast in this phase.
Tips
Completing this achievement allows the purchase of the Eternal Phalynx of Loyalty mount from Binkiros for 2500 anima.
