Sojourner of Maldraxxus is a 10-point achievement earned by completing four optional side storylines in Maldraxxus, and is part of the Loremaster of Shadowlands meta.
Complete Theater of Pain Storyline
Pick up the starting quest 'I Could Be A Contender' from Anzio the Infallible at 50.52, 51.70 in the Theater of Pain. Work through this storyline, which includes quests such as 'The Last Guy' involving Louison — complete all quests in sequence to earn rewards including the 
Newcomer's Gladiatorial Badge, 
Reanimated Executioner's Shank, 
Bonebender's Warblade, and more.
Complete Archival Protection Storyline
Find Ta'eran at 40.69, 33.05 to begin the 'Archival Protection' storyline, starting with the quest 'Read Between the Lines.' Complete all quests in this chain to earn rewards including the 
Signet of the Learned.
Complete Mixing Monstrosities Storyline
Head to 58.11, 72.05 to begin the Mixing Monstrosities storyline. If the achievement credit does not register after finishing the quest chain, complete the daily version of the Callous Concoctions quest in the same area, as this has been confirmed to grant the missing storyline credit.
Complete Wasteland Work Storyline
Travel to 46.93, 49.01 to begin the Wasteland Work storyline and complete all quests in the chain.
Tips
Complete all four storylines alongside the main Maldraxxus questline to avoid returning at level 58–59 to hunt down missing quests.
If Mixing Monstrosities does not grant achievement credit after completing the full quest chain, completing the daily version of Callous Concoctions will trigger the credit.
