A Faintly Glowing Seed at Gwynceirw, The Winter Wolf, during or after combat with the Rotbriar Boggart in Ardenweald's Shrouded Mire.
Pick Up a Faintly Glowing Seed
Search the ground across the Shrouded Mire in Ardenweald for a A Faintly Glowing Seed. Known spawn locations include at 25.7, 46.4 — at 26.4, 50.6 — at 27.7, 47.2 — at 28.0, 50.6 — at 29.4, 61.3 — at 29.9, 46.4 — at 31.8, 50.0 — at 31.9, 60.2 — at 32.4, 39.1 — at 32.4, 56.8 — at 33.8, 45.2 — among others throughout the zone. Pick it up and keep it in your bags before engaging Gwynceirw.
Find Gwynceirw and Daffodil
Travel to the Shrouded Mire in Ardenweald where you will find both Daffodil and Gwynceirw, The Winter Wolf, at 65.7, 22.9. Talk to Daffodil to start the fight against the Rotbriar Boggart — Gwynceirw will assist you and tank the Rotbriar Boggart during the encounter.
Stand in the Blue Ring
Once combat begins, a blue glowing ring will appear on the ground — step inside it to trigger the extra action button. This ring only appears if you have a A Faintly Glowing Seed in your bags, and it disappears once you use the seed. Ranged players should be sure to move into the ring, as it resembles a ground effect to avoid.
Toss the Seed at Gwynceirw
While standing inside the blue ring during or after combat with the Rotbriar Boggart, press the extra action button to toss the A Faintly Glowing Seed at Gwynceirw. The achievement is awarded instantly upon doing so.
Tips
This achievement is hidden until earned, so it will not appear in your achievement list beforehand.
The blue glowing ring will not appear at all if you do not have a A Faintly Glowing Seed in your bags before starting the fight — retrieve one first.
