All Spirits Great and Small
Complete Lia's storyline to restore all of the animal spirits to the Queen's Conservatory.
All Spirits Great and Small is a 15-point achievement earned by completing all three of Lia's weekly quests to locate animal spirit remains across three different zones.
Unlock Lia the Curious
You must first reach Rank 4 in the Queen's Conservatory and incubate the legendary seed 
Energetic Spirit of Curiosity. Once it hatches, Lia the Curious will appear and offer you the three weekly quests needed for this achievement.
Complete Week One: Frostfire Ridge
Travel to Frostfire Ridge in Draenor. Enter the tunnel at 54.0, 29.3 and locate the pile of bones at 51.0, 30.0 inside. Click the remains to complete the first quest and unlock Frosty, who will begin roaming your conservatory.
Complete Week Two: Kun-Lai Summit
Travel to Eastwind Rest in Kun-Lai Summit on Pandaria and find a small pile of bones at 62.66, 79.26, located directly in front of a yak. The remains are very easy to miss if you approach from behind the yak, so approach from the front. Click the remains to complete the second quest and unlock Hoawh.
Complete Week Three: Tiragarde Sound
Travel to Tiragarde Sound on Kul Tiras and locate the pile of bones at 62.42, 23.64. Click the remains to complete the third quest and unlock The Fisher King, earning the achievement All Spirits Great and Small.
Tips
This achievement requires a minimum of 3 weekly resets, as one quest becomes available each week — you cannot complete all three in a single week.
You can pet Frosty and Hoawh once they appear in your conservatory, but The Fisher King cannot be interacted with.
