Extremely Ravenous
Obtain the following Anima Powers by using a Ravenous Anima Cell:
Extremely Ravenous is a 10-point Torghast achievement earned by obtaining a specific set of Anima Powers through the use of a 
Ravenous Anima Cell on designated enemy types across multiple wings of Torghast, Tower of the Damned.
Obtain Dark Armaments
Use a Ravenous Anima Cell on any Forsworn, Coldheart Agent, Coldheart Ambusher, Coldheart Ascendant, Coldheart Binder, Coldheart Guardian, Coldheart Javelineer, or Coldheart Scout found in Coldheart Interstitia.
Obtain Deadsoul Hound Harness
Use a Ravenous Anima Cell on a Deadsoul Scavenger found in Mort'regar.
Obtain Maw Seeker Harness
Use a Ravenous Anima Cell on a Mawsworn Seeker found in Skoldus Hall, The Soulforges, or The Upper Reaches.
Obtain Mawrat Harness
Use a Ravenous Anima Cell on a Hungry Mawrat, Mawrat, or Oddly Large Mawrat, which can appear in any wing of Torghast.
Obtain Warden's Authority
Use a Ravenous Anima Cell on a Flameforge Enforcer found in The Soulforges.
Obtain Mawsworn Shadestalker
Use a Ravenous Anima Cell on a Mawsworn Guard or Mawsworn Sentry found in The Soulforges, Skoldus Hall, or The Upper Reaches — this power can drop in any wing.
Obtain Pocketed Soulcage
Use a Ravenous Anima Cell on a Mawsworn Archer or Mawsworn Interceptor found in Skoldus Hall or The Soulforges.
Obtain Shackle Keys
Use a Ravenous Anima Cell on a Mawsworn Shackler found in Skoldus Hall, The Soulforges, or The Upper Reaches.
Farm Specific Wings Efficiently
Queue Twisting Corridors Layer 1, enter, identify which Torghast wing you are in after the first few floors, and if it does not contain a mob you still need, exit and requeue — the Twisting Corridors randomizes its three sections each run, allowing you to target specific wings without waiting for the weekly rotation.
Tips
If a standard Anima Cell (not a Ravenous Anima Cell) offers you one of the required powers and you select it, it still counts as credit toward the achievement — you do not need to use the Ravenous Anima Cell specifically for every power.
In Twisting Corridors, you can purchase a Ravenous Anima Cell after completing the first three floors, use it on floor 4 on the required mob, and then exit immediately without finishing the run.
