Explosive Extermination requires you to use the Bloating Fodder anima power to explode 100 Mawrats across any number of Torghast runs.
Obtain Bloating Fodder
Bloating Fodder is a relatively common anima power that appears on the broker vendor inside Torghast and as a frequent option from anima orbs, so acquiring it should not take long.
Group Mawrats and Chain Explode
Once you have Bloating Fodder, pull groups of Mawrats together, then burst one down to trigger a chain reaction that explodes the others and counts toward the 100-kill total.
Complete Progress Over Multiple Runs
The 100 Mawrat counter accumulates across all your Torghast runs, so this achievement will likely come passively without needing to dedicate a specific session to it.
Tips
Proc trinkets and any other on-hit effects can kill Mawrats before Bloating Fodder triggers the explosion, so consider disabling or avoiding gear with strong passive procs while farming this achievement.
