What We Ride in the Shadows is a 10-point exploration achievement in Revendreth that requires you to rent Castle Sinrunners and ride them to specific locations across the zone.
Complete The Endmire Quest
You must complete the quest The Endmire before the Castle Sinrunner horses and bats become visible. Without finishing this quest, the rentable mounts will not appear.
Gather Infused Rubies
Each Castle Sinrunner ride costs 5 Infused Ruby. You need at least 15 Infused Ruby total, as one ride passes through two achievement locations, covering all required destinations.
Ride to Hole in the Wall and Dominance Gate Battlement
Find a Castle Sinrunner near Charred Ramparts at 65.14, 63.59 in Revendreth. Click the horse and pay 5 Infused Ruby — this single ride grants credit for both Hole in the Wall and Dominance Gate Battlement, so do not look for a second horse.
Ride to Darkhaven
Locate a Castle Sinrunner near Darkhaven, pay 5 Infused Ruby, and complete the ride to earn credit for the Darkhaven location.
Tips
A single ride from the Charred Ramparts horse counts for both Hole in the Wall and Dominance Gate Battlement — you do not need to rent two separate horses for those two locations.
