Find the Quest Start
When the 'It's Race Day in the Ramparts!' World Quest is active, head to Grand Marshal Mudrag at 40.6, 47 to begin the race.
Win the Race
Complete the race and cross the finish line in first place. Repeat this across 10 separate occurrences of the World Quest to earn the achievement.
Claim Your Reward
Once the achievement is complete, purchase the 
Dredger Barrow Racer from Grand Marshal Mudrag at 40.6, 47, who is only available when the World Quest is active.
