"It's Coming Back to Me..." is earned by learning a legendary recipe from the Runecarver.
Enter the Runecarver's Room
Travel to the Runecarver's chamber and stand beside the Runecarver NPC.
Right-click your legendary recipe
Right-click on the legendary recipe in your inventory while in the Runecarver's room. This will teach you the recipe and award the achievement.
