Complete Introductory Questline
Complete the Maw introductory quest chain to unlock the Runecarver, starting with The Highlord Calls and continuing through Into Torghast, The Search for Baine, Prison of the Forgotten, Deep Within, Reawakening, A Damned Pact, A Grave Chance, The Weak Link, and Next.
Gather Soul Ash
Farm 1250 Soul Ash by completing Torghast runs at layer 6 or higher.
Obtain Required Materials
Acquire one 
Missive of Mastery, one 
Missive of Versatility, one 
Grim-Veiled Cape, and one Memory of the Runecarver.
Craft at the Runecarver
Bring all gathered materials to the Runecarver in Torghast and craft your legendary item to earn the achievement.
