It's a Wrap requires you to personally contribute 100 
Anima-Bound Wraps to Summoner Gerard as a Necrolord to help summon Visectus, Specter Of War.
Join the Necrolord Covenant
You must be a member of the Necrolord covenant to progress toward this achievement.
Unlock the Abomination Factory
Complete the questline starting with Rebellious Souls from Rathan at the Seat of the Primus, then follow through the chain including Find The Way, Skin in the Game, Loose Threads, Weapon of Mass Construction, A Good Heart, and The Slaughter Daughter to unlock the Abomination Factory and its crafting table.
Build the Anima Conductor
Build the Anima Conductor at a minimum of Tier 1 in your Sanctum — the Anima-Bound Wraps crafting option at the Abomination Factory will not appear without it, even if your Factory is already at a higher tier.
Upgrade Factory to Rank 2
Upgrade your Abomination Factory to at least Rank 2, as this is required to unlock the crafting recipe for Anima-Bound Wraps.
Craft and Deliver 100 Wraps
Craft Anima-Bound Wraps at your Abomination Factory and deliver a total of 100 of them personally to Summoner Gerard — there is a zone-wide progress bar visible under Visectus that tracks contributions from all players, but only your own 100 delivered wraps count toward the achievement.
Tips
The achievement completes upon delivering your 100th wrap to Summoner Gerard — you do not need to complete the escort of Visectus to Blackhound Outpost for the achievement to pop.
