Gather All Crafting Materials
Stock up on the following secondary reagents, many of which can be purchased from the Auction House: 
Shrouded Cloth x90, 
Malleable Flesh x53 (earned through activities in Maldraxxus), 
Superior Parts x3 (from abomination quests and the mission table), 
Vigil's Torch x5, 
Umbryl x3, 
Red Dye x1, 
Heavy Silken Thread x3, 
Luminous Flux x15, 
Handful of Laestrite Bolts x15, 
Porous Stone x10, 
Dark Parchment x5, and 
Raw Seraphic Wing x30.
Source Head Slot Reagents
For head accessories, acquire the following primary reagents: 
Extra Large Hat from the weekly vendor Ta'tru in Revendreth, 
Dundae's Hat from vendor Kere Kinblade or Sinbone Slim in Maldraxxus, Big Floppy Hat from the Secret Treasure chest in Revendreth, 
Otherworld Hat from Chordy using Chordy's ability (found anywhere), 
Fungal Hair Tonic from vendor Melody Madcap in Maldraxxus, and 
Long-Lost Crown also from Chordy's ability.
Source Shoulder Slot Reagents
For shoulder accessories, obtain 
Happiness Bird from a vendor in Bastion named Trade Ta'bix for 5g, and 
Stuffed Construct from vendor One-Eyed Joby in Maldraxxus for 10g.
Craft 25 Fashion Accessories
At your Abominable Factory, craft any 25 Fashion Accessories from the full list of 35 available recipes — you only need to reach 25 total, so you can skip the harder items such as those requiring rare drops or unlocking Mechagon.
Tips
The full crafting list contains 35 Fashion Accessories but only 25 are required, so prioritize items whose reagents are sold by vendors in Maldraxxus, Revendreth, and Bastion to complete the achievement without relying on rare drops.
All reagents can be collected starting at Stitchyard level 1, so begin farming materials immediately without waiting to upgrade your Abominable Factory.
